Answer: If you would rather call the telcom company yourself for billing and/or support issues you may. Of course we will still assist you if you run into any road blocks when contacting the telecom company.


Question: How is it that you can manage all of our telcom services for free?

Answer: You can think of us as your account manger for all of your telecom companies. As long as you are satisfied with your telecom services we continue to receive commissions from the telcom companies. So it is in our best interest to do everything we can to keep you happy!


Question: If I have a billing or support issue what is the procedure to get the issue resolved through QLocal?

Answer: If a billing or support issue arises then you just call our support line explain your problem to one of our technicians and they will open a support ticket for you. In addition you may also go to http://support.qlocal.com to open a support ticket yourself using our self-service support website.


Question: We currently have service through multiple telcom carriers. Are you able to take care of our service through all of our carriers?

Answer: We currently hold agreements with various telecom providers so we are actually able to consolidate all of your various bills from each of your carriers into a single easily mangaged bill.


Question: What happens once our telecom service has been activated?

Answer: Once your service is activated we continue to support you. Whenever you have any technical or billing issues you just give us a call and we will assist you to quickly resolve your issues. Since we do so much business with the telcom companies we have access to Tier 1 technical & billing support which aides in a quick resolution of all of your issues.
