products. We offer around the clock support to all of our customers 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We know that just because the sun goes down
doesn't mean you are done for the day.
The following support services are included for our subscribers:
* Troubleshooting of our Applications
* Basic product installation and configuration
* Free bug fixes as needed
* 2 hour maximum response time (peak hours 8am-6pm CST)
* 4 hour maximum response time (off-peak hours after 6pm CST)
* Free advice or guidance for general Salesforce issues not related to our
products (email only).
