The following support services are included for our subscribers:

* Free bug fixes as needed

* 2 hour maximum response time (peak hours 8am-6pm CST)

* 4 hour maximum response time (off-peak hours after 6pm CST)

 

* Free advice or guidance for general Salesforce issues not related to our products (email only).
